Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the heart of it: the heater runs at 2500W on a 400V supply. Material & Design
Inside the tube, you’ve got a quartz envelope with a halogen fill. This combo keeps the heating element performing consistently, even when things get seriously hot. We also added a specialized coating. It shields the quartz from the environment and helps prevent hot spots, so the element can handle repeated heating and cooling cycles without breaking a sweat.
