What matters, technically

Infrared heating is direct and efficient by nature. Our units use carbon fiber elements that produce medium-wave infrared, warming people and surfaces first, not the ceiling. That gives you even, gentle heat that feels natural and holds steady across the room. The setup stays practical: low-glare design and a thermostat you can dial in, so you can hold the right temperature profile for hot yoga flows. Introduction

We built this warehouse heater as a straight swap for those old infrared tubes in high-bay spots. It’s a 400V, 2500W halogen unit, just 300mm long, and it hooks up through a standard R7s connector. So you can drop it in fast. It was designed for one thing: getting that radiant heat out there, fast. Especially in places where the air keeps moving and the ceilings are so high, regular convection heat just can’t cut it.

Technical Deep-Dive

We went with 400V because that’s what most industrial spaces already have. It keeps the current down, which means you don’t need to run heavy, bulky wire. And that 2500W packed into a 300mm tube? That’s a lot of heat in a small footprint. It creates a tight, powerful hot zone—perfect for spot heating. It warms up quickly, which is great, but it also means the fixture and the wiring around it feel the heat. So plan your mounting clearances, and make sure there’s room for the unit to breathe.
